We currently look after a selection of
local properties offering regular inspections, gardening services, swimming
pool maintenance.
Basic External Inspection
& Report – From €18.00 per visit or €60.00 a month for weekly visits
- We will visit your
property and check the exterior for signs of damage or forced entry, we
also check, where possible, gutters and drains for signs of blockage. If
there are signs of forced entry or severe damage we will contact you
immediately otherwise we will e-mail or post you a report. After severe
weather conditions we will automatically visit your property free of
charge.
Fees are payable monthly in advance, for properties outside a 20 km radius
of Prades, we charge an additional payment.
Basic Internal & External Inspection &
Report - €23.00 per visit or €80.00 a month for weekly visits
- In addition to the
above we will enter your property and check all rooms for signs of damage,
leaks and pest infestations. Open up and air the house, if the water
supply is turned on we will flush toilets and run taps to check all is in
order.
Garden
Maintenance – from €22 for first hour, thereafter 5 Euros per 15 minutes

To include most aspects of day to day gardening and lawn
cutting, patios and driveway weeding as required. It will be necessary to visit
the garden in order to give an accurate quote but most clients request a
specific number of hours to be spent on the garden per week, usually to
include lawn cutting and general tidying.
Changeovers: -
- We will visit
your home and give you a full quote for the changeover fee.
